For the past year I have been trying to make it to Back Bay Yoga's hip hop class and this morning I FINALLY made it there. Yoga should always be put to music because not only are you releasing all your toxins, but you begin to take in the rhythm of the music and surrender to it. Needless to say I'm feeling pretty good this morning.
I wanted to share with you what I've been grooving to since I walked in the door. :)
